We are full-service design + construction firm with a strong belief that designs should be completely bespoke. Landscape M&S Ltd specializes in high-end residential, hotels, commercial & public sector projects with an aim to bring out the best out of each individual space. We embrace the unique challenge of every project and bring each element of design into construction in a collective harmony that is inspired by the client’s individual trait & functional needs. Our skillfulness in projects spans all styles, extending beyond our own personal vision & choice to reach our client’s goal.

This is the first stage of the design process where we understand clients’ needs and requirement of the complete project. We believe the process of creation is built on foundation of trust and an open conversation about your needs. During this phase, we will meet on site with you to discuss project, goals, and needs for the project. We will collect as much as necessary information as possible regarding your project, discuss budget and timeline .

Now that pertinent project information has been gathered, a detailed report can be developed in accordance to these plans. We put our project team to work to define all aspects of the project functionality for each room or area in your home or business. An extensive set of project details are created labor is defined with exacting detail with all material requirements . We meet with the client to deliver this information for review, feedback and ultimate approval

In this creative stage, our designers will work on the approved drawings or visuals to communicate their designs and bring the approved concept to life. In this phase, we present all of the specific material, finishes and furnishing options. At this point you can choose between the options we present. We prepare specifications for your design project. Your choices will help us finalize your budget so we can continue to move forward and finish your project successfully

We do our best to meet your needs and to give you a realistic idea of how long your project completion will take.The final, and the most exciting step is to deliver the project. As the materials begins to arrive, the delivery and installation take places and your project comes to life. While waiting for the final day may require patience, the payoff is incredible, as your see your space transformed, turning your vision into a reality project.
