AS 460 Clip A

A high-performance and handy mower to mulch ornamental lawns around the house, the AS-Motor AS 460 Clip A has a special mulching blade and is extremely pleasant to operate.
Mulching protects the environment since cuttings remain on the turf where they serve as a natural fertiliser. The AS 460 Clip A’s mulching unit, powered by a 4-stroke overhead valve (OVH) engine, chops and mulches the grass several times into minute particles which then sink into the turf. Uniform cutting results are possible in grass up to 15 cm high, with cutting height adjustable to 7 levels between 25–75 mm. All four wheels are equipped with scrapers that prevent cuttings from adhering while aggressive tread ensures optimal traction, even when mowing uphill. The machine reaches a top speed of 4.0 km/h.
At 45 kg and with a 46 cm cutting width, the AS 460 Clip A is compact and agile for easy use around trees and bushes, or along walkways. Rubberised handles, an ergonomic throttle and shift lever and an operating bar that can be adjusted to 2 height positions all ensure fatigue-free work. Vibration damping on the bar minimizes tingling of the hands.
